I wonder if these two verses play into a “ Chaucer “ based literary solution ?

They are verses 2 and 3 of Canterbury Tales by Chaucer.

I never knew why our “ Chaucer” had that handle until today… :D

Hi

I found the best possible sub 400 kB photo I could of the ACTUAL Feynman JPL cipher material(s).

It’s on display at CalTech JPL( or was).

The other materials are interesting…. 2 equal parts – 1 small part.

Something weird I noticed from the Feynman cipher is that there is not a single “ R” in plain text???

There are exactly 2 “ X”’s in the same diagonal line of the plaintext 340 cipher … the total plaintext “ X”’s in the 340

This diagonal runs L to R from bottom … R toL reverse horizontally from top to bottom.

My POI legally changed his name in the early to mid 60’s to include 2 X’s of a 17 letter legal name.

The reverse “BY” ( reverse diagonal backwards R to L ) area seems really familiar ….

“Ephemeris of the Zodiac “
Doctoral Thesis paper … JPL.

Radians and the birth of quantum cryptography, cryptology, and GPS/Lunar ranging/mapping.
This man was a key figure in coding, encryptions, mapping, emphemerii, and math/coding that sent us to the moon.

He was a contemporary/student of Feynman.

Dissertation on the lunar ranging and encryption program for space exploration.

At the time of the attacks, Olum was a mathematics professor at Cornell in New York state. What makes you think he was Zodiac?

Zodiac was a screwup. He left behind five breathing victims, two survivors, bootprints, possibly fingerprints and palmprints, tiretracks, eyewitnesses, and earwitnesses. If the APB had gone out for a WMA he would have been locked up in ’69.
