A Qwerty representation of the keys :
when a arrow is red the key is reversed. when the arrow is black the key is normal.
I considere the qwerty as a torus. the left is connected to the right the right to the left the top to the bottom and the bottom to the top…
the green arrow is an hypothese of the Z13 key

* = * means the KEYS could be the same than cipher. A = A, K=K so N=N
"new symb pour e a chaque fois" means each time the zodiac use a new symbol in order to encode the E letter
1qwerty means a move of 1 key on the qwerty keyboard (see green line on my previous pictures) in order to find the new cypher for this key
E=W means this 2 letters decode the same lette in the previous dictionnary
Z340(D) = M means the KeyZ32 for M is D, or Z340(D)=M if I add 1qwerty move Then D become R

I do the summary for Z13:

A = A authorised by Z340
(8) is 3 time and is a new symbol so it is probably an E because each time a new symbol is add for E
K = K authorised by Z340
N = N authorised similar to other key (Z340 = Z408 so I decided that N=N this time)
E and W is always associated in Z340 and Z308
M=R because D=M in Z340 and D is located with an offset of 1 letter to R in diagonal in the qwerty keyboard
zodiac symbol=L because zodiac symbol=M in Z340 and M is located with an offset 1 letter to L in diagonal in the qwerty keyboard (same diagonal than the previous)

Finally I do a simple anagramme and I choose C for the last symbol in order to have the name of a suspect.
