Harvey Colliver was a linguist and naturally there is common ground between linguists and cryptology by way of information therory.
As they are separate things, i hope to ask the most knowledgeable here if they think Harvey branched outside of his field.

I’m happy that i was right, there’s nothing cryptic like in harvey’s documents, even though i couldn’t find the other documents of similar nature to share it seems clear this is merely a linguist writings or someone trying to invent something.
