I apologize if this is widely known as it seems almost plainly obvious to me now that I see it, but I found an image of the 3rd section of the 408 cipher flipped 180 degrees. It clearly reads "Chronicle 8-1-69."

The two letters below the word Chronicle are a bit more difficult to make out. I believe the 1st is a "D" followed by a "N" "U" or possibly a cursive "S." I want the 2nd letter to be a "T" which could stand for the initials of Dave Toschi, but I’m just not seeing a "T."

Feel free to share your thoughts obviously.

Anyways, I thought that was funny, because I tried to make sense of that before but could not.
