Hehe, because of the perfect cycles you basically hand over the cipher in plain text format. I used "(Substitution + simple transposition) Use sequential homophones: Yes".
I ran a test using Largo’s idea that the last X many characters of the Z340 could be nulls. For that I used the new "Batch ciphers" functionality of the simple transposition solver in AZdecrypt 1.18:
I prepared in a batch file the normal, reversed, mirrored and flipped version of the Z340 with for each orientation the last 1 to 17 characters removed for a total of 68 variations. Test ran for over a day (20 restarts per variation) and here follows the best result (which doesn’t look like anything).
