My sincere apologies for not having noticed your reply. I had not checked these forums in about a month and did not see any email notifications. Thanks for pointing out that script issue. I actually intended those scripts to be run from the tar.gz or zip archives that the build generates, rather than directly from the project source. Hence why they don’t point into the target directory. But you are not the first to run into this so I will see about updating that.

I hope to have another release in the near future. I have pushed some commits to the master branch which have a much better working implementation of the genetic algorithm solver.
