Got the video done in about an hour, I think you’ll like this.

And here she is, isn’t she beautiful?
How many days? I reckon 3 max and it will be out.

Who’s going to be the first over the line? The race is on and remember you saw it here first so when some clown appears on the news with it, you know it’s not theirs. Good luck, I have a head start, I’ve already got 11 key letters and 3 full words.

The first four characters looks like "Herb", as in Herb Caen. Whether or not this solution works I do appreciate the amount of effort you’ve put in here, and I do hope you’ll share a solution with us soon if you find it.

Oh my Lordy, I’m really moving now, For those interested
Box’s represent L like the 408
Cipher G represents L,
Cipher K and reverse K represent K
Cipher U, L, reverse F and circle with a verticle line through represent I.
I’ve found ‘kill’ 4 times in 5 minutes, c’mon guys I need more hands on this.

save your brain, i believe this solves the 408 in seconds:

http://jarlve.vdm-service.be/

But the amount of combinations i’m certain just quicktrader alone has undertaken i’d be surprised if this isn’t ground that’s already been covered.

Yes, dyslexia is probably my first undiagnosed language.

I took the liberty to run what you proposed thru substitution deciphers.

No dice.

However, i suspect the symbols that don’t shift #1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,18,20… etc might be shifting places numerically which would be an unimaginable shit storm in itself to figure out.

There’s infinitely better cryptic types on these forums than i. And as i mentioned earlier this is most probably ground that has been covered.

Yes, dyslexia is probably my first undiagnosed language.

Actually, there is dice but I was really tired last night and made a lot of mistakes after very little sleep in two days, you saw me thinking out loud and making mistakes which were obvious. I will regroup and move forward and i’ll post in the cipher section from now on but here are a few reps I did this morning, one of which is based on 408.

What i’m saying is i ran your solution thru the jarlve and got mostly Zilch.

Top moment whilst running only 8 lines:

If it’s correct i don’t require more than 8 lines.

Yes, dyslexia is probably my first undiagnosed language.

I don’t see any reason to believe the transformed cryptogram is more likely to be a homophonic cipher than the original.
