It was accompanied with other cards like the 13 Hole Punch Card, and was somewhat timed in the sequence of them with the Fairfield Letter, which featured a cross and cardinal points added, with smaller markers.
This all seemed to hint at their array expanding and in the Fairfield Letter was the clue that informed everyone about the identity of one of their team. He claimed “I just want to tell you, this state is in trouble. I will go for the GoVerment life, so don’t foreget me.”
The letter had a sort of cipher attached to the NW cardinal point which was 6 letters long.
This was then seen to be a map showing a way to locate the center and positioning it according to the scalar distance to these 4 points.
When entering the ciphertext of the Z13 into the Z340 Tableau you derive the locations of the placement of this new symbol.
The AEN brings about the letters WRJ, and the Zodiac Symbol is the centerpoint of the target, with the central 8K8M8 forming the word OKEMO, and the last letters NAM being JWQ
Finding the Centerpoint of White River Junction, and plotting to the SW corner of OKEMO Ski Resort you see the other marks in the SE and NE are both the mountains SUNAPEE and JEWEL HILL.
The point where the ciphertext sits is right over a QUARRY…the meaning of the 6 letters of the symbols which is off of Sanders Rd.
Using the Z13 and the Fairfield Letter, it set up the themes and the locations for the next series of killings.
Remember that he kept killing and sent more letters in, even throughout the 80s, but there were no bodies being found in San Fran…that is because they were being murdered elsewhere.

At this point you see the symbol of the Rock of Ages Quarry and notice it’s shape being that of the Zodiac Symbol. Entering the name Bernie Sanders into the Z13 as a stitched cipher gives you the phrase A BEENR ON BIKES MADE/MAINTAINED DNA ARMS
