Triple row split alphabet cipher. Rearranged the 3 repeating characters of the key to make MAN.
As “Any code made by man, can be broken by MAN.”
Read from the top left downwards.
Readout – Wach eponym ⌖ Zodiak. It is a moniker, by now a name.
