There are 334,233,600 possible transformations but I should be able to significantly reduce that number after eliminating all the duplicates.

There should be a "download all files" link so you don’t have to individually download each file. Total size is about 4.4GB for all of it.
There is a cipher per line, preceded by a list of 13 numbers.

If that is a result of a transformation after encryption, would that be more likely due to columnar rearrangement by shifting columns 10 thru 17 within the bottom right quadrant rather than any other form of transformation?
Question 2: (With it not being part of an enciphered message)
If it is actually a signature, how much trouble would it cause having it included in the many variations of transformations that are being looked at?
I’ve often considered the bottom line being removed along with the center cross leaving four quadrants of 8 by 9.
