According to the following article, John Hood & Sandra Garcia most likely were not Zodiac victims:
– 5 people slashed on Santa Barbara beaches
– Hood / Garcia only two of those
– additional cases, one survivor
Description of the assailant: Oriental
As Z was not ‘oriental’, the cases of Hood/Garcia is most likely unrelated to Z (‘new’ information).
