There probably aren’t any "professional" writers here. Some self-published people yes, but they have already spent time with their own work. Books have been done, and done some more. A lot of people are just no longer interested in the same stuff with (somewhat) different twists.

I think you may get more bites if you actually offer to pay a professional writer. They don’t work for free. Furthermore it almost sounds like you want the writer to do the research. This should be your priority and not your writer. In fact it might be difficult to have someone else dictate all your findings.
