I was just contacted by an individual that has brought to my attention that Harvey’s brother Ray was a taxi driver. It is listed on his Army enlistment documents. If I am not mistaken, this is a huge find for the Zodiac case and anyone who knows anything at all about Harvey’s story knows what this means. I just wanted to share here first since everyone here has been very respectful and supportive of my efforts to bring Harvey to the table. I am hoping the admins will now please unlock the Harvey Colliver thread so we can continue our conversation about him there?

No, this would be a connection to Ray Davis. The taxi driver that was killed in Southern California in 1962 that is suspected to be a victim of the Zodiac Killer due to threatening phone calls prior to his murder.
I’m not so sure that show he was a taxi driver. Sounds like it shows he was licensed for commercial driving which could include a taxi, or bus or truck.
