Can anyone link any interviews or articles with the police officer who saw Zodiac leaving the Paul Stine scene? Or maybe direct me to an internet search of such items?

His name was Officer Donald Fouke and search engines are filled with info.

Wow. So Office Fouke sees this suspect going to a stairwell and doesn’t tell anyone about it for 30 years?
I think he was just embarrassed. Doesn’t sound like he wanted to admit he talked with Z. I know Z’s a liar, but I think he did speak with the officers.
Plus, I can see a couple of old timey mid century cops saying "this stays between us."
