I concur with RelentlessZ.

There is a immense amount of things to be said about Mr Collivers writings and drawings, The parallels of personas will leave the staunchest of zodiac fanatics incapable of dissecting the individuals as two.

It is incorrect to retain this information purely as fodder for the forums and i insist that those with LE connections facilitate RelentlessZ in having the matter formally investigated.

Mr Colliver is an interesting character, to say the least. Clearly a talented artist and quite intelligent, but very creepy and unpleasant to match.

Some definite matches on handwriting, though he clearly has a calligraphic talent allowing for any sort of handwriting.

You insist? – :?

Evidence that is good enough will stand on its own. If it is presented and holds water, law enforcement will look at it. What is provided doesn’t appear to be enough and those who know this case quite well, aren’t convinced–so you (or whoever) have to do the convincing to those who really matter.

…they may be dealing with one or more ersatz Zodiacs–other psychotics eager to get into the act, or perhaps even other murderers eager to lay their crimes at the real Zodiac’s doorstep. L.A. Times, 1969

Enough circumstantial evidence to throw the book at him, With recordings of confessions alluding to serious crimes.

You are only seeing maybe 1% of his documents. I have
thoroughly read / inspected possibly a thousand + documents, and that might only be 30%

The problem is no one has really taken the time to go thru these papers thoroughly, it requires my emphasis after doing as such to insist that this a very viable POI that requires further investigation.

With that said, i am a nobody in this case, i am not the owner of those documents nor did i know Mr Colliver.

I implore those who can to facilitate RelentlessZ if they wish to have a very probable suspect investigated.

I think i speak for RepentlessZ and even myself when i say that respecting Mr Colliver in this matter is paramount. From reading his words and understanding the mans plight i can say nothing less, it is for these reasons RelentlessZ has been hesitant in being more open.

There is of course the possibility he is innocent, although in the words of his ex-wife "you and your accomplice continue to thrive – while the world – and cemeteries around fill with your victims."

I’m rather sure i know who his accomplice was, he is one of the hot favorites here and it’s not Arthur Allen…

A lot of information about his possible accomplice was redacted, only the eyes of LE will be able to ascertain the connection.

I gotta say a cursory look suggest this guy is better than most POI on this site. It’s refreshing to see such a large amount of potential evidence to look through. Those Kodak film boxes, now they’re much more interesting in context, the way those cross-hairs are drawn is sure to excite a lot of interest. Kodak, kodiak, ZODIAC! This perfectly supports my wild animal theory (The Zodiac was in fact an escaped Kodiak bear from the SF Zoo. It’s in the name people!) But seriously though, this is a good POI!

Wow this guy writes like he’s in grip of full blown mania, the flight of idea’s is ridiculous, on the other hand Z’s writing suggests he may suffer from some blocking, commonly associated with schizophrenia. No there’s something not right here, if this guy was Z the bus bomb letter would have been 60 pages long. If you gave this guy a soap box like the one Z had he’d have a lot more to say than just slaves in the afterlife. This guy has so many idea’s he can’t hold back the tide. I don’t think he couldn’t have restrained this, the letters would be crammed.

There is of course the possibility he is innocent, although in the words of his ex-wife "you and your accomplice continue to thrive – while the world – and cemeteries around fill with your victims."

Where was that message from his wife?

That’s for Law Enforcement eyes only or to be shared at RelentlessZ discretion.

This isn’t my story, i have only meticulously read his documents and hopefully have helped RelentlessZ.

All I’ve wanted was for someone to look through what I have and listen to what I know. It’s taken 10 years for someone to come along that doesn’t have some personal agenda or something to gain from this case to take the time to look into this stuff and see the connections that are there. Ultimately, the goal is to solve the many cases that have hung open for 50 years for the sake of the victims and their families. If you don’t agree with what simplicity and I and several others have discovered, that is your opinion. I’m pretty sure everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It’s not a popularity contest. The goal is to find out who did it and why. If you disagree, you’re hindering the process for selfish reasons. And that’s my opinion. Law enforcement needs to do something. I have too much stuff to ignore.

Interesting POI but did he own several cars, for instance?

Personally, I think Mr. Rodelli solved the case.

Not sure the relevance of cars as they are easily bought, traded, borrowed. He does have a interesting story about being lost around Tracy one night in the 70’s.

On the contrary, cars are highly relevant when it comes to the Zodiac killer, as he makes mentions of them all the time in his letters (as well as races) and all of his crimes revolve around cars.

You asked if he owned multiple cars, the on the contrary is a bit slanted.
