I would suggest to everyone to hold their thoughts.

Replaceable you correctly read Harvey according to what you have seen so far , but there is much more and so i suggest to hold on.

If you get to see what i have seen then you are in for a treat. His writings beautifully displays the progression of his various mental states over many years with his "downfall" in 68 69 and the subsequent rise up from the doldrums in the years that follow.

Somehow it’s one of the greatest Reads i have ever experienced.

I say it again, this will leave the reader incapable of separating Zodiac and Harvey as two separate individuals.

Agreed, as I said, he’s a lot better than most suspects and we’re in a good position to sift through the writing. If nothing else I think this exercise will help people understand why the Zodiacs writing is so important and why accurate profiling is possible with large enough writing samples. This writing will make a great case to study.

This is also true with a few other suspects :)

I think i speak for RepentlessZ and even myself when i say that respecting Mr Colliver in this matter is paramount. From reading his words and understanding the mans plight i can say nothing less, it is for these reasons RelentlessZ has been hesitant in being more open.

There is of course the possibility he is innocent, although in the words of his ex-wife "you and your accomplice continue to thrive – while the world – and cemeteries around fill with your victims."

I’m rather sure i know who his accomplice was, he is one of the hot favorites here and it’s not Arthur Allen…

A lot of information about his possible accomplice was redacted, only the eyes of LE will be able to ascertain the connection.

If you know who his (hot) accomplice is , why not mention him since he is already known and most likely deceased ?

Work it out yourselves, only a small fraction of his documents have been released.

That’s not to sound rude or elusive, it’s about not contaminating the narrative of his documents with my views.

Yes, dyslexia is probably my first undiagnosed language.

The man pointed a gun and Bryan said, “Your hands are shaking, Are you nervous?” The man laughed and replied, “Yes, I guess so.” The man was nervous because he knew what was going to happen next.

My guy shakes a lot when his nervous LL

Everyone shakes when they’re nervous, what’s interesting was that he admitted to being nervous. It almost sounds like an admission of reluctance, and yet could just as easily be excitement. I suppose stabbing people on beach in a full costume is always going to feel a bit surreal for all involved.

Damn! He sure looked like Robert Pollard! :o

I had to google him. I guess you could say that. Maybe the eyes. Haha

Here he is a little later in life with his Quan Yin.

I thought the best US rock singer/songwriter in History was better known than that!

Yes, another very solid suspect, I’m feeling dizzy :|

Ha, as a big GBV fan I had to laugh. He kinda resembles Bob in the "Mag Earwhig" days. But frankly Bob is a better suspect than this Harvey fella.

Robert Linkletter was the Zodiac Killer. A November 1971 letter by a Woodland Hills woman named Marie Vigil, as read on the air by conspiracy researcher Mae Brussell during her Dialogue Conspiracy program in Sept. 1980, identified Linkletter as the Zodiac and also as the the person who left his glasses at Sharon Tate’s house. An excerpt from the letter said:

Robert is 27. Sometimes he lets his beard grow. He wears a wig, and sometimes he looks almost bald. Within the past two years, I have seen him in all colors and wig lengths. I know him as Robert Linkletter and also as the Zodiac. I drive a school bus in Los Angeles, and I used to see him on Van Nuys and Ventura Boulevards. He sometimes waits for me on Ventura Boulevard, driving on my way to pick up some children from school. He follows behind and then moves to the side until he is sure I recognize him. Someone must know how smart he is.

He stays sometimes at Lake Tahoe with his older sister [Dawn Linkletter], who is a widow, and belongs to the Sierra Club, which is interested in the misuse of the environment.

This Robert, may I say, has the eyes and fingerprints that should be checked. Also I believe Dr. Ohta must have prescribed those glasses that were lost the night of the Tate murders.

The glasses found at the Tate house is identical in appearance to the glasses seen on the Zodiac Killer poster, with dark heavy horn-rimmed frames. Optometrist Dr. Ohta and his family were murdered in October 1970 in Santa Cruz. Lake Tahoe was where Donna Lass in September 1970 was killed and the words "Sierra Club" appeared on the March 1971 Lake Tahoe postcard from the Zodiac. There is a website that goes into further details: zodiackilleridentified.com

I do like the surname. The letters would be one big clue.

1. My personal POI. I think I have revealed his identity to most everybody on this thread at one point or another. He had connections to LA, Santa Barbara, and the Bay Area. He left California in late 1969 or early 1970, and he changed his name. He returned in 1974 to work for a while. He left once more in 1980, never to return again. He is a professional person, and he gets lots of attention and news media coverage because of his profession. Lots more could be saidn but I won’t say it publicly because he is litigious and almost certainly still dangerous. I will be happy to discuss my POI in private messages or communication off-message board.

2. Ted K. He is an interesting character.

3. Ross Sullivan–it is strongly possible that he killer CJB but none of the others.

4. None of the above. If not 1, 2 or 3 above, then I do not believe Z’s real identity was ever connected to the crimes. In other words, he is a true unknown.

Darwin Jenkins

Stalked couples in Vallejo whilst wearing a hood which he was convicted.
Would not surprise me if he started to dislike the police after getting caught and serving time in 65/66 and then went one further
and started killing couples.

Was in the military(was also overseas in Japan) air force(wingwalkers)
Father worked at mare island and was a mason.
Lived in vallejo
Died in 86 in napa.

Jenkins is truly one of the best suspects. Frustratingly little information about him. Would be great to see a photo of him as a younger man.

Might have posted this before but as Morf has investigated, if Sullivan can be tied to Vallejo/Bay area, you have your Z. LB and PH, along with other murder sites, really require familiarity to navigate. That would probably be a local.
As it stands, I don’t know if Sullivan had familiarity with the area or even could have. I’ll just conclude him the killer of Bates.
