Have the video images of this festival been studied? You are right about there being a possibility of a connection. Less than a mile from the 3day camp out/concert from the PH murder scene. The Zodiac always talks about buttons. Those hippies and so forth wear those buttons. I would bet the Zodiac went to that concert and maybe got in front of a camera. Maybe he wore a button of Zodiac and it can be seen on the films. Maybe the Zodiac was looking to rob the cabbie but the driver hadn’t much money. The question has been raised as to why he would be in that area. All his other known crimes were in rural areas. He was on his way to the concert perhaps.

It would be nice to see if anybody wearing the same clothes as witnesses described at the Stine murder in these these films. The zodiac was a braggart and a showman. It makes good sense that he would be showboating in front of the cameras. Can you imagine seeing him in one of the videos. I think it could be an interesting idea.

this book about- the Grateful Dead has zodiac killer references , J Garcia dedicated a concert to the zodiac killer ? according to this book and that Garcia was obcessed with him for a while. It could have been during the time of this concert where the G Dead played . They the Dead were a big name band and the trades would have covered anything about them , Zodiac surely would have known about it quickly too and likely tried to attend this event.
