I believe it’s a possibility/probability that Zodiac sent the "peek through the pines" card.

I’ve looked and don’t see any info on this, so here it goes:

What if he meant "PeAk though the pines," as in a mountain-top seen through pine trees?
That might go back to Mt. Diablo. It could also mean a lot of other peaks. A map shows a lot of peaks there. My question is: Has anyone on any other forum looked at peAks as to the meaning of this?

I feel badly for the folks of Calif. and all the fires, and especially of the town that’s gone, Paradice, of all places, and the general area where it’s located. I won’t get into a Pair of Dice here, as in referring to a casino.

I realize Calif. is a common abreviation for CA, but a stretch: Calif could be a reference to a cliff.
