I have been researching MKULTRA for many years, and to be totally honest, I do not see any connection to zodiac.

Do you have anything to actually back up these claims?

Jeez, I just read through all of that, and I am honestly not trying to be rude, but there are many inaccuracies, and a good deal of what appears to be incoherent ramblings.

I just can’t picture Sidney Gottlieb incorporating something like zodiac into the MKULTRA program. It doesn’t fit any part of the project or it’s themes.

I have seen all of the recently released FOIA MKULTRA documents, as well.as the older ones, and I can not see even a hint of an MKULTRA connection to zodiac.

Recently documents have been released connecting Frank Olsen to the 1951 Pont-Saint-Esprit, France mass poisoning. It turns out the incident was caused by a psychedelic placed in bread by the CIA.

…things like the above are standard finds, but a zodiac connection? I seriously doubt it.

I don’t see the CIA or MKULTRA being involved in zodiac. I am not trying to be a jerk, I just can’t see any connection…

Well, actually… I have thought "Zodiac" could be a character created by some group who wanted to draw attention to other things they were up to. MKUltra has definitely crossed my mind, and they were doing their "experiments" in the bay area at the time so it is possible. I believe that Dr. Meyer A. Zeligs, a psychiatrist, may have been assisting with these experiments. The interesting thing about that is that he lived at the corner of Washington & Cherry and his office was just two blocks from where Zodiac got into Stine’s cab. Maybe Zodiac was a victim of the MKUltra testing and he wanted to send Zeligs a message. Just a thought. Or maybe the people conducting these experiments thought that they were ready to do some real life tests and sent one of their test subjects out to kill. I could see that maybe being the case with the Stine murder, at least. Perhaps Zeligs was observing from somewhere close by. I also think "Zodiac" hid in the home of Mr. X after the murder, but there is probably no way of connecting X to anyone involved in the mind control tests. Then again, living that close to Zeligs there is a chance they were friends.

Mare Island Naval Base and Oakland Naval Hospital were two of the places where MKUltra was happening, and I have heard that Fred Manalli was being tested on at San Quinton while he was teaching to prisoners there. Thinking that Manalli most likely wrote the Z letters, there could be something to all of this.

The CIA being behind the killings could explain why nobody was ever caught. It could explain the unsolved ciphers. The fact that these crimes took place in the bay area makes it so much more difficult to solve. There was so much going on there at the time… The Church of Satan was new, there was a new Masonic Temple being built, all kinds of cults including the Manson family, the radical groups like the Weather Underground, John Birch Society, Minutemen… hippies dropping acid, artists of all sorts who were trying to make a statement… etc etc etc.

And don’t forget that Zodiac suspect Ted Kaczynski was an MKUltra test subject while he was at Harvard.

Who backed Hillary? Soros.
Who had a hand in MK Ultra? Soros.

I’m convinced many in this Nation are being manipulated by mind control.

"The Zodiac" killings lead back to the Founding Fathers of the 60’s peace/love/hippie era.
Who in reality were anarchists. They wanted the destruction of this Country.
They gave birth to the "New Age" era. Who spawned the liberal left.
And how do the liberal left behave?
Well, they’re calling for revolution in the streets.
They wish death upon anyone who does not accept their belief.

I do not think it is an impossible concept. Just check out all the pretty images one may see right here on this sight. There are in over abundance of images in all zodiac related letters.
