Many years ago I came up with this as a partial possible solution but never finished the whole breaking of the code:

OINEEDKIDSDOINGAS
LEERIFTMHAISYFSTC
RIMEDETISAIIIFFON
WEEOKDAAICETEENSA
REDEADASDMODECLSO
EANKODTLASNSOEAHI
FMESIMEATENGISAID
IGAOTAFTERLIFEKID
SYDEAEINAOREONNLS
LFDTIEKOETEOYOROL
TENOMDIDHIREANDST
AYEDNODAMNMDSECRO
FNDWIFELDMOREWEAN
DGOLKTMAMASEIMDEE
IRNOAMLDNIEITIMLE
DESCARSWTEKSTDIGA
NENEIMANYEODARDLI
EECANAAEDTWONOWIE
DOSSAYODDRITUALNE
EDHOLESWAITANDSEE

These are the readable words/lines in it.

I need kids doing as
eeri ha
I’m
teens
are dead as mode
eaten I said
I afterlife
kids in
tie
ten did hire and
stayed no damn second
I feld more we and
go mama I’m Dee
I no am
scars dig
many lie
can two now
say odd ritual
need holes wait and see

Most likely faulty but the fact I got at the end "wait and see" made me shiver!

It is an interesting approach. However I found sort of an error:

In line 8, using the word ‘afterlife’, leads to the letter ‘F’ being represented by the crossed circle symbol. Same symbol occurs on the 2nd position of the ‘waitandsee’ phrase, however there representing an ‘A’. Someone may suggest that one symbol wouldn’t represent two different letters, especially as multiple symbols might rather represent one single letter (and not vice versa).

It was brute force attack I tried with this cipher. You are completely right. Your observation is correct, I made a fault with the crosscircled symbol. I stopped working on the cipher because some of the dicipherment just wasn’t fitting and it all was too time consuming.

Probably I will pick up on it someday in the future. Thanks for noticing the fault!
