I just now looked at this. Three years late to the party, LOL!
The video shows an interesting mathematical property of the angles, but I don’t think there’s any connection to the map code since it primarily focuses on the "adding to 9" properties of the digits that form the various angles. A good mathematician should be able to explain why they tend to add up to 9 (maybe something to do with 360 having many factors that are divisible by 3?)
