Correct, all stamps are identical, most likely the had been posted at the same place.

*ZODIACHRONOLOGY*
Zodiac was very cautious of the letters. He used more postage than he needed and it looks like he was mailing them all from San Francisco, avoiding dropping them locally. Same motivation, unreasonable fear of being found out. I don’t think he drove to San Francisco just to mail them, though. I would think he worked in the Bay Area but commuted up from Vallejo/Benicia.
