Good stuff to get your hands on seagull! Refresh my memory…what were the symbolic signs?

There was a sticks and stones symbol found at the side of Franz Valley Road when Carolyn Davis was found July 31, 1973. It was thought to be a witchcraft symbol. You can see a representation of it in the VTH article dated April 25, 1975 in the Vallejo Binder Articles.

These two representations barely resemble each other, who knows which one is closer to the actual thing or if either are even close.

Not sure Kevin brown was even in the Santa Rosa area at all during that time, seems he was in southern CA. He also liked to take photos of graves-

I am curious however, how did they know the sperm was his to begin with? Unless he was in the database already, how/why would they match it to him, unless he was already on the suspect list,and they recovered his DNA from trash,etc

The article continues and then says of the crime lab back at the time the original lab work was done in the 80’s-

So, certainly Brown’s DNA would have been in the data base without his ever being a suspect.

I guess that makes sense. His suicide either seems like a guy that doesn’t want to face the music for his crimes, or doesn’t want to face it for crimes he didn’t commit
