I did a FOIA Request thru the FBI for the ‘Friction tape’ letter. Not only could they not produce it, they charged me $20 of search time, WTF

Heh – well. You could look at it this way: Twenty bucks spent to prove nobody but old Bobby G has that letter.
I don’t think he takes FOIA requests, though.
Perhaps Congress should pass a Freedom From Literary License Which Hampers Honest Inquiry Act.
