Enter a name of a person, and it will display registered vehicles for people, I know I found a bunch for me. It may be helpful for researching Suspects. I don’t know how far back it goes, I tried Ross Sullivan, but definitely did not go back that far

Just tried it. It had my 2011 vehicle but not my 2004.
