Does anyone know where VPD Lt. Jim Husted’s report on Darlene’s painting party, and the man in the white car outside her home is posted? Or, can someone obtain a copy of this and post it? Mike Butterfield quotes from it, but I’d like to see the report myself. He hasn’t posted it.
