Could the white T-shirt they saw hanging out of the pants have actually been a white belt, as Brian Hartnell reported?
In the following sketch it appears to be a white belt also? Not sure if it is a belt or part of the jacket/pants.

That is from Napa County Sheriff’s Department. Supplementary Crime Report.

Second paragraph down, 13th line. I quoted it and put in the picture.

It’s a report of a suspicious person stalking three girls at Lake Berryessa a short time before Bryan and Cecelia were murdered.

"Miss (Censored) stated she thought she saw a white belt around his back but it possibly was a tee shirt hanging out."

So white belt is a possibility we can’t ignore. Don’t know why one would either. It won’t vanish from the report.

Also there is plenty being held back from this particular crime at Lake Berryessa.

What your composite comparison did was to show us what some people have been noticing. That the differences between Napa composite and PH composite are not as different as we think they are.

The guy probably got a crewcut after put on glasses and that’s his ‘disguise’. Only that got seen too. So what next? Bald? Nah he is seen. He can’t do anything now. Hence why it all seems to stop.

The red dots are locations I can connect directly up with this research. I am not going to say what they are in public but I will say they are basic day to day stuff and life in general for them. It is documented.

I don’t suppose anyone remembers offhand where that strange, watercolor-style LB sketch came from? That was not the sketch that appeared in the papers.

I won’t address that but I will point out something else. Various papers at the time and since tried to do artists impressions but what you have is the original. It is the one with what looks like a line on their forehead.

I love how a guy who likely wasn’t the Zodiac, who was seen wearing something light colored that the witness herself stated could have been a shirt, is reason to believe Zodiac wore a white belt. And that somehow, it is a point in favor of the ridiculous Farley theory, the most convoluted nonsense in the history of the Zodiac case.

There are lots of thread with your hypothesis that the Zodiac’s signature, his inner emotional need, was just to write in meaningless nonsense and fake puzzles. It’s an older claim and around for awhile. I looked at it and it has it’s caveats when you look at it more.

The Zodiac changed his MO. The Zodiac is not identified by MO. The Zodiac is identified by signature. His emotional need. The killings are just a means to an end. The signature is the Zodiac sends in communications containing puzzles to his identity. It is one way how LE identified him. We wouldn’t even know he murdered Stine if he didn’t tell us. He had to leave a message on the car at Lake Berryessa his MO changed so much.

So is this serial killer murdering people with different MOs, all just to send communications with misleading nonsense? Is that supposed to be satisfying enough for them in that serial killer model? The killings a means to an end and that end was to send in nonsense? He didn’t have to murder anyone to do that.

Then there is the issue that the Z408 was actually a functional puzzle that was solved so we know he is trying to do them.

Anyway I laid a number of points out in my previous post about how to identify your pattern seeking by showing me what I cherry picked out from research here. I have also laid out the reference to all the other candidates and people can look at how they compare on the points I am raising. Then there is how these guys stand on their own.

The fact is a pattern is still consistent with a correct solution. We can say a pattern with almost anything and we are none the wiser. So you need additional evidence to compliment that. That’s the way I see it. Doesn’t stop me researching more though. Timelines are important.

The Presidio Heights location I indicated in the map in the previous page is a 1.6 miles from Washington & Cherry onto a part of Lyon St but I won’t say where.

Even today google maps will plan a walk between the two points through Julius Khan playground. So it’s a 35 min hike but I suppose you can cut that down by going more as the crow flies or apply whatever historical changes a person needs to make.

A lot of people seem to suggest that the Zodiac may have had a car on Lyon St. but then why go into the Presidio? The answer would appear to be that he was forced off Jackson Street by encountering LE responding and then exited as quickly as he went in never to be seen again.

In this model I am presenting he hikes through the Presidio and exits onto Lyon St and goes somewhere there. This is why he can’t make a phone call for this one. Too close.

He may have had the car near Lyon Street Steps and drove a short distance there also.

I think he avoided cars this time completely. I think he had gotten fed up his cars leaving behind clues with what witnesses described so changed his MO to on foot almost entirely.

Yeah, Zodiac was so worried about that stuff that he directed a cab driver to go somewhere where there would likely be witnesses. Instead of, you know, having him go where there wouldn’t likely be witnesses.

Welsh Ancestry. An interesting call by Fouke on this one. Obviously the guy is into tracing ancestors etc. So he learned to distinguish a look from the British Isles.

Well he is not far wrong with the research I am doing. He is two counties away from the ancestry origins. 130 miles.

Foulke used that phrase because he has Welsh ancestry and so does his wife. In fact, he based his description because he felt the suspect bore a resemblance to his father in law.

What sort of a criminal who encounters LE a few minutes after murdering a taxi driver just carries on like that is nothing and then writes about LE and sends in bloody evidence with it? What sort of a criminal decides to toy directly with LE rather than avoid that totally and get on with crime? What sort of a criminal decided that in response to them getting the upper hand on the sketch, completely overwhelms the department and municipalities in one move by threatening buses?

My answer is because he is around them all day long and understood clearly what would cause the department and municipalities to stretch their limits. Just like knowing firecrackers on holidays would cause LE to question if it was gun shots being reported.

The perp in the latter instance turned out to be law enforcement. Joseph James DeAngelo was active LE at the time he said and did those things. Ruse.

It is interesting the changes between both those sections especially the change in date formatting. I wonder what handwriting analysts have to say about the changes.

Also it is interesting that for the two calls both were located in around car related servicing themes. Like he felt safe and at home there right after a homicide. Most would go to their bolt hole or home I would think.
