Tomorrow marks the 47th anniversary of the senseless and violent murder of Cheri Jo Bates. My Daughter was born on 10/30, and as I wish her a Happy Birthday, I will think of all the birthdays that Cheri missed out on. I hope her killer is one day found whether he was zodiac or not. Hopefully, this is the year Riverside PD takes the blinders off

I just wanted to add that it is going on 6:30 p.m. here and it is pretty dark outside. So imagine if the clocks had been turned back (which they haven’t here yet–next week) it would have been pitch black by the time anything happened to Cheri.
