I think we had a thread on the old site about this guy, but couldnt find it. A guy with initials R.H. did sniper attacks in in 1974 in Riverside.

In this link there is a photo of the sniper named Richard Harold Hicks, born ca 1940.
He was a native of Michigan.
He got the death penalty in 1975.
