On page 3 of the report it says that the caller (Z) had a ‘youthful sounding voice, possibly in his early twenties‘.

Here are the descriptions of the three witnesses (imo they have seen Z..same area, same clothing, same appearance – dark clothes -, around the same time, white lines to be seen in his back, peeping around etc.):
‘Miss Joanne Marie ___ stated that (..) they noticed a white male subject in a late model silver blue Chevrolet two door sedan drive into the lot behind them (..) described the man as being 6′ tall, weighing 200 to 210 pounds, muscular build, nice looking, wearing dark pants and a dark pullover shirt (..) described the car the subject was driving as being very conservative and did not appear to belong to a young person.’
Obviously the late model car did not match to the ‘young’ appearance of the subject.
‘Miss ___ (name?) described the subject as being approximately 28 years of age, 6′ to 6’2”, 200 to 225 pounds, black hair, possibly styled with the part on the left, rounded eyes, thin lips, medium nose, straight eyebrows, small ears, well built and rather nice looking. Subject was wearing a black short sleeved sweater, punched up in the front, a white t-shirt hanging out in back and dark trousers.’
A very detailled description..even the shape of his ears, eyebrowes is given. And a precise estimation of his age (28). She also stated that the vehicle, a ’66 or ’67 light blue Chevrolet, two-tone sedan with rather long headlights had a tinted rear window glass.
‘Miss Linda Lee ___ (..) stated she had observed a late model Chevrolet, sky blue in color with rear tail lights appearing to be long rather than round (..) described the subject as approximately 30 years of age, 6′ tall, stocky build, wearing a black short sleeved sweater shirt, dark blue slacks and straight dark hair neatly combed. She stated that subject had medium colored skin and was not wearing glasses (..) thought she saw a white belt around his back but it might possibly have been his T-shirt hanging out. She related that the man was fairly nice looking and had a round face.’
Another detailled description (round face, as Mike Mageau had described) with a similar age estimation (30).

According to these reports, at least five persons have estimated Z’s age to be 30 or lower (Kathleen Johns, two girls at Lake Berryessa, Mike Mageau, Napa PD?). ‘Mature’ could have meant an age around 30, too.

Regardless of age…it seems one sounded young and one sounded mature. Take from it what you will..
