This first document is for the previous owner of the property.
The second is a document created when the property went up for auction.
This is the Grant Deed putting the property in Dean and Darlene’s name.
This is a Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents. It has a Loan Number on it and names State Savings and Loan Association as the beneficiary should Dean and Darlene default on their loan. This document clearly shows that Darlene did not pay cash for the home, there was a loan on it!
This is an Affidavit of Death for removing Darlene’s name from the title of the home. This would need to be done before selling the home but could be done for other reasons, too.
You are very welcome Seagull, I love the hunt for anything that pertains to the Z case. Particularly Darlene , I do feel she knew her killer. Thanks for posting the papers .
