One guy who was a suspect in Donna’s case, was Victor Jonasson, he had blonde hair, and was a security guard at the casino she worked at. He was very tall,I think over 6ft if I recall.

No need to remove it TF, but it has been shown before.

The date of 9/7 was I believe to be reported in error and changed to the week prior. Which also makes me believe she must have been seen with him near her old apartment.

I don’t think Zodiac would have been walking around with Donna wearing a wig the week prior to abducting/killing her, but I don’t think Zodiac had anything to do with Donna either.

I had read this before, but I thought maybe someone was confused. If she were seen on 9/7/70 in front of her apt. who there would have recognized her? She had just moved in to apt. the day before she went missing. I kind of equated it to Z being seen running into park after Stine murder. While it was printed in the Chronicle, no one ever could state who said it.

More than likely apartment complex personnel.

I wouldn’t get too exercisd if a POI were described as being either blond or brown-haired. I’m sure they had hair dye back then, and wigs.

This is George Victor Jonnason, the security guard who was the P.O.I in Donna’s case:

George Victor Jonasson, age 64, of Houston, Texas, passed away April 7, 2009 after a brief illness. Born June 22, 1944 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada he was predeceased by his Mother and Father, sister, brother, and wife Dorothy Huckleberry. Vic is survived by his wife Naureen (Gardner) Buck, four stepchildren; Diana Leck Vasquez (Joe) of Houston, Texas, Robert Leck (Denise) of Liberty Hill, Texas, Christine Lessore (Edward) of Oakham, Massachusetts, Michael Cournoyer (Mandi) of Merryville, Louisiana, and ten grandchildren. A graduate of the University of North Dakota, he was a teacher for several years. The remainder of his career was spent in sales, most recently for Robbins Brothers Jewelers, until his retirement last fall. Vic never met a stranger. His funny and lovable personality made everyone he met at ease. He will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held Saturday April 18, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Carnes Funeral home in Texas City.

Apparently Jonasson dropped his Christian Name (Informally anyway) and was known to friends as associates as Victor. I’ve always suspected that Z’s constant misspelling of Victim as Victom was not due to any dyslexia, but was, like many other misspellings (some which he made a point of underlining) was deliberate.

Not suggesting that this guy is Zodiac by that, just saying it’s something that would fit with that scenario.
