I guess I would call myself very much a newbie to the Zodiac Killer case. If anything in particular has drawn me towards an interest in the Zodiac at this time, I think it would be the success of the use of DNA evidence in capturing the Golden State Killer and the (slim) hope that something similar might finally catch The Zodiac. I have no favourites for a suspect, and lean towards the view that – like GSK – more than likely Zodiac will (if it happens) prove to be someone that was never really on the radar. Having been a lurker on this and other sites for a while, I have to acknowledge that I am impressed with the amount of research and analysis that has been going on in regard to the case and discussed openly and intelligently. From there, well, I have wondered if maybe I have some thoughts of my own to add.
