Would it be possible to have the pros and cons for some of the main suspects somewhere? So for each one, all the evidence people use to say they are the zodiac, and the evidence that disproves they are the zodiac. There are many POIs, and I read stuff (here and on the Reddit sub) where people claim stuff but I have no way to know where to look to find out if it is true or not (I am just a guy in the UK, not a researcher.)

For example, on the Reddit sub, someone posted that Ross Sullivan’s family confirmed that he was institutionalised at the time of the Zodiac killings, and hence, could not have done them. Is this true? Where is the evidence for this? How about Gaik? Is it just the say so of the one guy (Blaine) or is there other evidence?

I think it would be helpful for n00bs like me to have a repository like this. And as people on here are exceptionally knowledgeable about the case, and the POIs, it feel it would be great for me and others to learn from them.
