Thank you Seagull and morf :)

Yes so it was the Sunnyvale guy .

So he moved to that adress in 1973 according to the info you emailed me Seagull.

I then looked for where he could have lived prior to 1973 and found nothing,
but then I looked for his wife Ilona and I found this 1970 adress only 2.5 miles N/E from the 1110 Lorne Way, Sunnyvale, CA adress:

Mrs Ilona Farkas
in the U.S. City Directories, 1822-1995
Name: Mrs Ilona Farkas
Gender: Female
Residence Year: 1970
Street address: 3270 Cabrillo Av SC Apt 412
Residence Place: Santa Clara, California, USA
Publication Title: San Jose, California, Surburban Directory, 1970

Alex and Ilona Farkas had female twins Sept 11, 1969 and they were born in Santa Clara according to Ancestry.com:

Ilona’s neename was Maczko

Here is someone totaley debunking that a Zodiac in anway would have been a Luciferian,
wonder if satanists feel the same ?:

Quote from link:
Zodiac, for example, believed his psychopathic worldview was a path to “Masterhood” and that those he killed would be his slaves in the afterlife. But his predation simply consisted of killing rather than the eating of another’s emotional and intellectual energies for power and ultimately the attainment of Godhood. No Luciferian would waste his time writing taunting letters to the cops and the newspapers for kicks. He doesn’t get his kicks that way and doesn’t respect anyone who does. To a Luciferian, Zodiac is an amateur and a hack in need of being liquidated. To the Toxick Magician, he is simply a sociopath and incapable of internalizing the spirituality that psychopathy offers and therefore just another foil to be assisted in his own destruction

I believe Misspellings were on purpose. The way he spelled Cipher is an anagram for Cipher 1
This could refer to the 408 and 340.
I have studied the 340 closely and it may be a grid rather than a cipher. I am looking into something called the Tempar cipher, and will see if I get anywhere.
Its a variant of what is called a PigPen cipher.
You can google it. It could fit in with the idea of radians, which are merely division points in a circle.
Simple Trig applications should see if this idea has merit.

Not so much smart as lucky. One of those people who have a few tricks up his sleeve but not very competent during the execution of said tricks. For instance, leaving bloody fingerprints behind, or getting caught in the act of killing. Or leaving people alive even though he had every chance to kill them. And so on and so forth.

Smart superficially, but he was a terrible speller, his grammar was average at best, and his creation of codes was rudimentary. He had a way of making people think he was smart because he (likely) stole his ideas from comic books and movies. But no originality of his own, and his execution of crimes bordered on disorganized. He was arrogant and pretentious and sloppy.

Don’t really get where people think he was super-smart. Because he used the term "radians"? A mathematical concept taught to eighth-graders?

Super smart? Probably not. He seemed to have some kind of an engineering background, though. He certainly was not stupid. I have known many really smart people with bad grammar who were either exceptionally creative, mechanical, or good at math. My dad couldn’t write complete sentences but could tear apart an engine and put it back together without reading technical manuals or diagrams. He would improve upon the designs of seasoned engineers. I think Zodiac was something like that… somewhat of a savant in one area, but unremarkable in others.

Tactically, he observed a few very sound rules: 1) never kill anyone you know; 2) kill in different jurisdictions so one police department does not work the entire case; 3) kill during changes of shifts to limit the presence of patrol units on the prowl or with capacity to respond. In that sense, he was sound. His ambush style attacks on random victims made it virtually certain he would not be caught unless he made a mistake.

Out of, curiosity, how do you know:

1. That he didn’t know the victims
2. That different jurisdictions was the reason for choosing the crime locations or that it was the only reason
3. That he killed during changes of shifts or that it was the only reason
