"I didn’t find a thread about the death of Ken Narlow, so I am posting it here. Morf or any of the mods can move it where ever is the best place for this very sad news.I received the sad email from Tom V. this morning , letting me know that Ken Narlow had passed away .
Ken was a wonderful man and a great Napa Sergeant, who worked the Z case, starting with the Lake Berryessa murder.
He will be sorely missed by many of us who knew him.
I was with Tom V. in Napa one warm afternoon at a park in the center of Napa on Oak st , (A street where I once lived in 1967) We met Ken there that afternoon, and we listened while he spoke to us about the Z case.
Tom and Angie went to his home in Napa, to visit Ken last summer. I had gone to San Francisco that day to meet up with Ricardo, see the Gay parade, and then to see Tom and Angie.
Looking back at that day, I am glad I was too late to meet up with them, so they went to visit Ken Narlow instead. That was the last time they got to visit him. My condolences to his family."

I heard this today as well, but didnt have a chance to get onto the forum until now. This is very sad news indeed. Not just the Zodiac community, but the whole world has lost a really good person, and a really friendly man. I have been corresponding with Ken for the last couple years, and he was always friendly, courteous, and helpful. He always was quick to share his opinions and thoughts as well as memories from the Zodiac case. He just emailed me only a few weeks ago regarding the Berryessa car door clues. Although he was sick, he still took interest in helping others with the case. My thoughts & prayers go out to his Family.
