As I indicated above, it seems police have cleared the two men, white cap man and blue jacket man, as having no involvement.
If the bombs were timer activated, they could have left an hour or so before the blast, but a bag sitting unattended would draw notice. If they were cell phone activated, the bomber has to be close and likely would have dropped the bag minutes before the blast.
The backward white cap grey hood POI seen on the store video camera drops a bag at the bombing site, and walks away talking on a cell phone.
April 15th, the day of the blast, was tax day when forms are due to IRS. Boston is the site of the first tax protest, the Boston Tea Party. April 15th was also Patriot’s Day, a state holiday in Massachusetts, celebrating the first shot of the American Revolution fired nearby Boston in Lexington and Concord. This weeks also marks anniversary of Waco and OK City. All this could point to domestic ultra right individuals being involved. Of course possible Al Queda connections should not be eliminated yet. And this could just be one or more angry persons wanting to kill with no real motive.
