Drew and Lacy Peterson : he killed pregnant Lacy and dumped her into the Santa Monica bay on Christmas eve
it was a huge story on TV news shows – Dateline ,48 hours until the PYT girl Casy Anthony in Orlando killed Caylee.

I’m sure he really cares that he’ll get more time added to his life sentence.

Nope.

That was Scott and Laci Peterson and it was the S.F. Bay.

Peterson never used his brain-if he had one at all.His crime was very stupid it showed how little he watched tv and what a liar he was.Definitely- not one to pull off the perfect crime.Hiring a hit man while in prison just shows what an idiot he is.

Oops.I thought we were talking about Scott.

I would have thought Drew Peterson would be a little smarter about not hiring a hit man.Maybe he felt he had nothing to lose.

Drew and Scott Peterson are easy to get confused with, both were in the media for the same reason. I think both had TV movies made about them on the Lifetime TV channel, and also Dateline, 48 hours covered their stories as well. Drew’s in prison for 38 years, with his attitude what’s he got to loose. When his wife disappeared he said she went on a vacation or a cruise. Drew was a policemen and thought he could get away with anything.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. Plus we are talking about an egotistical, arrogant killer who got away with it for years, his first nature is obviously to kill the problem. (No wonder he was attracted to the uniform and badge…)

I agree with both of you.

One with such an ego never thinks they will get caught…even after they have been caught, it continues.
