Think this could be her:

Eklutna Annie
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eklutna_Annie

Roxane Easland
http://charleyproject.org/cases/e/easland_roxane.html

They know her as a RCH victim..both wearing a leather coat plus distinctive boots (black high-heeled vs. knee-height boots).

Reconstruction sketch is quite a good match, with the knobby nose and the full hair, too.

The first link says:

Eklutna Annie’s skeleton was discovered along a series of power lines on July 21, 1980 and was originally believed to have been that of Roxanne Easlund, a 24-year-old prostitute who went missing on June 28, 1980… Her remains are interred at the Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery, under a marker reading "Jane Doe: Died 1980", although she likely died in 1979.

So, if they originally thought she was Easlund, they must’ve had reasons for ruling that out. Also, if she likely died in 1979, that wouldn’t fit with her going missing in June 28, 1980. She was found 23 days after going missing, and that isn’t much time for a body to become a skeleton.

Irin Meyer ? note the imitation brown leather jacket. Irin went missing from near the Northern CA/Southern OR border. She had a campsite. Disappeared from it.

The body was found with a bunch of jewelry, some likely home-made, which probably wouldn’t be consistent with someone camping. And there is no mention of jewelry, other than a silver ring, listed on Irin’s profile.

True but the jacket belonging to the UID also had matches from Salem or were referred to as Salem matches. If it is implying a city then Salem is in Oregon. This might increase the likelihood that the UID went missing from Oregon. Also it could just be matches from a brand of matches called Salem?

There are so many girls matching this Jane doe’s vitals pretty close. Irin’s DNA and dentals are on file. Just had time to see it now. It’s likely she has been compared and isn’t Annie. The clothes and vitals seemed match Irin pretty close – brown leather jacket, jeans, boots. Sure the UID had more jewelry, but if Irin often wore layers of clothes it might not be likely that everyone would see her necklaces or bracelets, but they would notice rings. Besides the UID having on more jewelry, it all seems close. The "silver" ring isn’t even brought up on Irin’s namUs page. It just says ring. Additionally I’m not sure I agree with your assertion that the jewelry was homemade indicating its probably not someone who disappeared from a camp that they lived out of. I’d think if the UID were wearing massive Tiffany and Co. Diamonds she would not be likely someone to camp or make handcrafted/thrifty jewelry. However Jane Doe’s jewelry to me seems like something a transient that camps around would wear – someone that gathers jewelry as they travel. That’s just me though.

So who is Annie? Going to properly search now for any more matches that don’t have DNA/dentals on file.
