Paul Flores and his father Reuben are on trial for the 1996 murder of Kristen Smart. Finally. The will be in court this month. In case anyone missed it, his father has been out on bail since their April arrest, but Paul has been in waiting in jail as he is considered a flight risk. Paul and his father will be showing up to remote hearings this week. Its believed that Paul is responsible for her murder and his father helped conceal  evidence. Its kinda looking like a cadaver dog hit the spot where she was originally buried under the rear deck of the house. They must have gotten some type of evidence left behind from her body, because its long been believed that Reuben relocated her body after being spooked by police showing up to arrest Paul on unrelated charges. A rape kit that sat in evidence for years later identified Paul as the perpetrator, yet police at the time did nothing. Multiple women are coming forward saying they were assaulted by Paul Flores in some way. Paul is making motions to silence the attorney of Kristen Smart’s family, who represented them in civil court, of which the judge has denied. Hopefully they have enough evidence to hang these guys!
