I believe they are correct in thinking Vallejo has a serial killer torturing and killing dogs! Who ever this is,is more than just a cowardly evil person, they have to be mentally ill.
Interesting spot where the person chose to dump them.

Most people who are missing a pet will call Animal control to see if their pet is there.
Why can’t animal control /the city pound, look through those reports? If the killer took dogs from some other area, then it will be much harder to find the owners.

Zamantha, remember the dead animals we found at the Lake Herman crime scene a couple of years back? one had its legs tied, they were pretty much decomposed when we saw them.
One was posed on top of one of the wooden stumps near where Betty Lou’s body was found, one looked like the bones of a fish. The three were spaced fairly close to each other. At that time I felt who ever put them there had to be a sicko. They looked like a medium sizes lamb, small racoon and about a 12 inch fish to me.

The rain we have had since February ,probably washed any DNA off of the tools used to torture and kill those poor dogs.
