I like to research unsolved cases involving anonymous letters,since it’s is very uncommon in murder cases, but is a trait shared by Z. Here is a link to some good ones,including the April Tinsley Case, the Grimes Sisters murders, and other really interesting ones-

Great post morf. The April Tinsley mystery is so sad. They all are.
I’m also interested in why Abby didn’t let LE know who wrote the letter due to "patient confidentiality". That’s so lame. It’s LE and a double homicide case.
Wish we could see the letters. Just cause.
