Let’s say that IF one of the kids identified Xen A. as being "possible", then we should assume that Zodiac was somewhat similiar to Xen (in my opinion the PH sketch do resemble Xen).
Do we have a similiar looking suspect? I think not much (face like Robert Christian Hansen, but he’s not a strong suspect in this case, if any).

Untrue, which I’ve already proven. It would be easier for you to feature if you’d take the possibility of fake hair and glasses. It’s more than plausible that he used some disguise – I’ll say most criminals do. Why wouldn’t Zodiac?
Take Xenophone (idenified by the witness for high likeness with the Zodiac) + "the suspect was older and heavier" (statement from Donald Fouke – trained with person id as a cop) plus wig and glasses and we got a suspect who looks like Leigh, walks like Leigh (lumbering gait / shuffle) and physically fits Zodiac from Lake Berryessa (B. Hartnell) – both height and weight.
Although, both Fouke and Hartnell did not identify Allen.

I don’t think Z would have needed a disguise at PH. He probably didn’t plan to get spotted by anyone. It was dumb luck that the Robbins kids saw him.

I agree for a different reason. My view is that if Z had been disguised at PH, he would not have said he was.
