Everything he did he did for himself – his self image. I’ve racked my brain over the years thinking about what problem he may have had with the police as a completely separate issue from his overall agenda. The only thing I can come up with that relates back to other things he has done is this scenario: young, aspiring, reporter. Reports story wrong in some fashion that catches some sort of backlash with the police. Not talking anything grand. For a guy who lacks self confidence and has the need to prove himself the gripes or comments could have been small. I wonder if there is anything in the news like that?
