The names WILLIAM CARR and ROBERT COFFMAN are related to Sandy (names were found inside / with his clothing). Assuming those people had lost their pants somewhere nearby, eg. Santa Moncia, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, people with such names might be of interest:

No, I don’t have a link, it took a lot of reading of those FBI reports to come across that statement. I should have taken a picture of it! I am pretty sure it was in the area of one Zodiac letter that had_ _ _ _ _ _ in place of his name on the upper right corner of that letter?

The only Sandy I saw related to the Zodiac. Passed his face in FaceApp to make him young, add glasses. FaceApp is pretty good, tested it on different photos of old people I know to see if it did manage to make them look like their young selves and it works pretty well.

One of the weird things about ‘Sandy’ is that he was supposed to have only taken a very small share of the money that he and the other kids stole from the farmer (Smith). Perhaps only $20 of the $360 that Smith had. I don’t really understand why LE are buying this? It just looks like they spent $20 of the money they stole.
It’s all super convenient that the murder is down to someone they only just met and now can’t be found. However, if I remember correctly (and maybe I am wrong here), didn’t local authorities try Sandy ‘in absentia’ ? Clearly, LE thought he was real enough. I don’t get where this certainty is coming from?
Only issue with Panzarella speaking in monotone is that he appears to have clearly suffered at least one stroke in his life.
