Not sure why I just noticed this but Jo Ann Bailey says at the end of a letter that “Evan Vail (head counselor at RCC) tried calling detective G.D. Kelley about our strong feelings … ”. Did anyone ever try to contact Vail’s widow? It’s interesting that someone in that position felt Ross a strong enough suspect that they called in.
