Not only do we not know who wrote it, we don’t even know when it was written or even if it is in anyway related to the Bates’ murder.

He’s a dead ringer for the sketch (hair, eyes, and lips).

I think people forget, it’s very likely and possible that Zodiac wrote the Bates case letters, and desktop, and had nothing to do with killing Cheri. Therefore, anyone with an alibi for her murder, doesn’t exclude them from being Zodiac a few years later

Some similarities there but you need much more writing and from clear copies. This is like a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy
