Wow, lots of Ross talk of late. The issue for me has always been the lack of a verifiable link to Vallejo, etc.
He’s still on my suspect list, but he is now #2. I feel pretty confident in saying, I think I know who Zodiac was!

Who?

Hopefully time will tell, sounds intriguing though.

Someone who is currently being evaluated as a suspect by the powers that be. A lot of stuff uncovered so far by a small team of people working together. I promise that if/when it’s revealed that I am right, a slew of information will be in place ready to release. I am not sure that the people working with me are ready to declare this guy Z, but I am going on record, I think this is the guy ;)

What are those links supposed to prove? I posted what Bud told me back in 1998. It’s still not evidence she was in the library after 6:15 that evening.

Agreed Tom. There is more evidence to prove that she wasn’t rather than she was. If someone can share some thoughts on why they believe that she stayed in the Library until after 6.15 please share ?

If she wasn’t in the library, where did she go? Did she leave on foot? Did she leave in her car and come back later? Did she leave in someone else’s car? Did she stay on campus? Where was she for 3-4 hours? I don’t know if she was in the library or not after 6:15 p.m., but that is the simplest explanation for the events. To conclude otherwise, you have to assume that she left in her car, came back at some point (which no one saw either), and went somewhere long enough for someone to disable her car…or you have to posit that she left on foot or in someone else’s car, then came back to get her car (which no one saw). Or you can assume that she was abducted and held somewhere for 3-4 hours, like Ray Grant posits. None of those are really good explanations because there is no evidence to support any of them.

Is he still alive? If he is not, how would you actually confirm it?

Possibly DNA. writing and prints or any combo

It honesty isn’t in relation to the timeline.

Firstly why did she have to go in any car ? Seems quite an assumption. If you look at photos of that library from the time there is no way that she would have been in there and not be seen. Her father stated that she did not study in the Library, she did this at home.
The clock changes do not account for my discrepancies in the hour of a scream being heard as one one the two witnesses based their time on a television program they were watching so the changing of the clock was irrelevant. So what ever the circumstances we still have over an hour after the Library closed before any screams were heard, also the fact that a man was seen in the alley at 9.30 adds further weight to this argument.

I assume that you would be comparing a DNA sample to the Riverside DNA? I hope RPD will agree to do the test. I await your findings. Good luck!

Riverside is not a confirmed Zodiac crime at least not as of yet

If she didn’t immediately come from the library to her car, why were the books on her front seat? That would seem to preclude the possibility that she went home and came back. So, where did she go? Did she take her books and study elsewhere on campus? If she was killed before 9 p.m., how did no one discover her? If she was killed after 9 p.m., where was she from 6:15 p.m. until her time of death?

Are you talking about that guy who lived close to that phone booth?

Then, you would be comparing DNA from SFPD, Napa, or Vallejo? I thought Rodelli established that the letters didn’t have saliva on them to capture DNA. Does a Bay Area LE agency have DNA that didn’t come from the letters?

Sorry I wasn’t saying she didn’t go back to her car, simply she didn’t go anyway in her car. As far as we are aware her car did not move, there were 4 people in the immediate vicinity of her car from her arriving until 7.15ish and they did not report seeing her return to the car, to move it or place or place the books.

Did she take her books and study elsewhere on campus?

Who knows but it’s extremely doubtful as previously mentioned she didn’t study in the Library, she always (according to her father) returned home to do this.

If she was killed before 9 p.m., how did no one discover her? If she was killed after 9 p.m., where was she from 6:15 p.m. until her time of death?

Exactly this is the missing piece of the jigsaw. She couldn’t have been killed before 9.30 at the earliest. We have someone in the location where she was found at 9.30, and then two witnesses hearing a scream around 10.30. Ipso facto she had to have been somewhere else after the Library closed at 9pm, irrelevant for how long.

Did anyone see her leave the library at or around 6:15 p.m.? If not, then our options are:

1) She was abducted before she went into the library;
2) She was still in the library until it closed and left when their were few people around to observe her;
3) She left the library undetected, went somewhere else for a few hours, and came back undetected (all with not one soul having any idea where she went).

2 is the only one that doesn’t gang rape Occam’s Razor.
