I am trying to gauge interest from East Coast people here to see what kind of turn out we could get for an East Coast Zodiac conference. Let’s face it, being on the east coast puts us as far away from the Z case as you can get (not counting our European members)but that doesn’t mean we should miss out on meeting up and discussing the case face to face, and meeting our Friends in person. Please let me know who might be interested in this type of event, maybe in the Spring.

Gosh darn ,I can’t make it Morf …but an aquiantance of mine says he’s all in,he even said- he must meet you in person.
he is a older man 74-75 and has said he was out in SF and the LA area back in the 60’s, which you might be interested in.
he will fly in, if you could pick him up at the airport, he does not drive anymore and has some sort of aversion to cab drivers going back to the late 60’s ,I’ve heard .
Before I forget let me describe what he looks like so you do not miss him.
He is a white man about 5’10" ,stocky build and has a severe limp ( try not to notice it ) wears glasses ,has a crew cut ,although I have seen it longer and curly. he will be wearing a dark jacket and have a 1/2 round dark duffle bag.
Instead of holding up his name he thought you could wear a lt grey and charcoal colored vertical striped shirt ,so he will know you.
His ideal dates to have it were July 4th or before halloween , but late Sept. or mid Oct. could be good too.
We still have time to make some plans, if there is enough interest. Not sure if Mike R would be interested, he is a fellow Jersey Guy like me, but we don’t agree on much in the case, other than we both want to see it solved.

Morf I’m only 45 minute drive from Betsy Aardsma murder. I’m having money issues lately and with the holidays coming up but would be into it later in the year towards spring. That would be awesome!

I am located on the East Coast, and I would be up for a Zodiac conference as well. Here is another idea — a virtual meet-up. I play an online game called there.com, and I’ve suggested it previously as a place to meet up and and chat. The membership fee is $10 per month and payable via Paypal, but you are not obligated to keep paying if you decide to quit after one month. I own a house and a conference-type building on the game, so it would be very easy to organize a get-together. You can chat on the game by typing or using your mic.
