I think that’s the young girl from here (Norn Iron).
Nice find; thanks!
This made me laugh so hard!!! Thank you.
That little girl is a bad-ass by the way…
A thought provoking article about libraries. One library back East is purging their Interlibrary Loan records to protect the privacy of their patrons. No doubt other libraries will follow suit if they haven’t already quietly begun the practice. I can see pros and cons to doing this but I have to wonder if deleting records would stop at Interlibrary Loans or if it would eventually encompass most library loans of books and other material.

I saw this on facebook and scrolled on by. Probably thought it was something from The Onion. Apparently not. I can’t decide if this is eco-friendly or Monty Python.
For Morf.

It’s from a few months back but you might not have seen, or heard about it. There’s another story about winter storms this year damaging the trees but I thought this one was funnier. Made me laugh anyway. They are quite a lovely feature it has to be said. Years ago when my friends and I would go surfing on the north coast we would drive home via the trees so we could see them at sunset. Very dramatic.
Next thing you know, they’ll be knocking the trees down to build a WalMart!
I despise the mere sight of a Walmart….
